Payment information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party provider. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data to improve the Service, including pages visited and feature usage.

  • Between Professionals and Clients: Booking details are shared between the relevant parties to facilitate appointments.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Dodo Payments), email (Resend), and analytics (PostHog). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
